When one hits the Xfinity button on remote, all 3 television show SPORTS SAVED, . . . instead of GUIDE SAVED. . . .
When one hits the Xfinity button on the remote, all 3 televisions now show SPORTS, SAVED, . . . instead of GUIDE, SAVED. . . . What happened. We have changed nothing on our end.

Wow! I can only imagine that has to be pretty annoying. Have you tried unpairing the remote and pairing it back to the TV? To unpair a Xfinity remote, press and hold the "A" (triangle) and "D" (diamond) buttons simultaneously until the remote's light changes from red to green, then enter "9-8-1". If successful, the light will blink blue twice, indicating the remote is unpaired.
After that is completed you can press the microphone button and say "program remote".
