When is NFL net coming back?

We have been (im)patiently waiting for Disney/ESPN/NFLnetwork and Xfinity to come to some agreement on the NFL Network. Has there been any progress at all? Or is Xfinity planning to reduce the price of their sports package by the amount they are no longer paying for that Network? While I understand the need for businesses to watch the bottom line. That should not be done at the expense of the customer.
