when CBS dispute resolved
I live in Nashville, TN and have been without cable access to CBS for over a month. WE are a large market and should be treated with the respect that long term cable customers in the area deserve. My family is diamond level. Not only are we having to endure this but spent 14 days during the ice storm without cable. There were only two of us showing in our map area and we had clear roads. Inspite of many calls, it was quite clear they were following the days planned and not needs. And here we are two months later with more issues with xfinity. We are seriously considering dropping all your services and will not recommend you to anyone else. The shame of it all was I was seriously considering moving our phone and email serivce to you back in the fall. I was advised to proceed to with caution, and now I know why. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Hello @user_k71by4 A number of reasonable offers have been made that E. W. Scripps, the owner of these local broadcast stations, has not accepted. We are issuing credits to impacted customers. Credit amounts vary based on individual account details, including your service setup and applicable fees. Because customers fall into different eligibility groups and scenarios, not all customers will receive the same amount even if they experienced the same station loss.
