What plan or how much for these channels?
How much more would I have to pay in addition to my current plan to get Turner Classic Movies channel? Also, how much for the The Movie Channel (TMC)? Or are they part of another package? If so, which one and how much more would it cost beyond my basic (non-HD) plan?

TCM is part of the More Sports and Entertainment package which costs an additional $9.95 per month. The Movie Channel appears to vary by location. Looks like some areas still have bundles available and some don't. You'll need to check your rate card to see if you can get as part of a bundle. Alone it is $12 per month.

Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/. Prices may vary by location, but in South-Central PA, TCM is part of the More Sports & Entertainment Package ($10), and TMC is a subscription premium channel ($12). The rate card PDF for my area lists both of these under the XFINITY TV / XFINITY TV SERVICES heading.
