I don't know what plans are available for you, but it should be available on any plan that has "100 or more" channels. If it has CNN and ESPN, then TBS should be included.

The package would be based on your region. You can check out the channel lineups here, just be sure to update the service address to your address specifically.
I would also advise to not sign in, that would cause the lineup to only show what you currently have. If you run into any problems or have additional questions please reach back out.
