What is the story re: TCM?
I used to get but it can't sign into it anymore. It just asks if I made any changes to my services, which I haven't (I have Sports and Entertainment plus some other I pay for. I have tried but can't even seem to be able to subscribe to it either. I would like to know if it is a Comcast issue or something else. Thanks for any help in advance/

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
