What is it going to take ?

Removing MASN now at the start of baseball season is beyond words.  You would think by now based on all the feedback that Xfinity execs would be reaching back to the community with a viable option.  That is simply what most of us are wanting for.  You need to meet us part way.

Your feedback has been herd, and is appreciated, user_p02drf. Your feedback helps us reevaluate the channels and programs we offer. MASN/MASN2 has moved to a different level of service. I'd be happy to help review options so you're able to continue to enjoy the programming. Can you please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Hello,

Recently I and others have voiced our disappointment with Xfinity concerning the removal of MASN from our channel lineup.  I and others see this action as nothing more than a way to line corporates pockets with our hard-earned money.   You have asked me to direct message you concerning this matter.  My question to you is why and do you plan on doing something beneficial to resolve the issue?
