What has happened to the Bally Sports channels? What is xfinity's overall problem? Seems like a top-down issue.
I have Bally Sports and Bally Sports Southeast. Neither of them is broadcasting when I arrived home tonight. I pay for television for the sole purpose of having live sports. I could watch neither Cardinals nor Braves games tonight. There is no error message, only the striped screen from the days of yore. I have seen this discussed in past threads while researching, but came away with no definitive answer there. Is there some kind of carriage dispute going on that I am unaware of? I pay for the full sports package, but these are just the regional networks that we have always gotten.
It seems like xfinity has fallen completely on its bottom in the last couple of years. Most recently, my neighborhood has been a service desert for the last two months, but you cannot contact anyone at corporate to let them know that they have a serious problem. Several service techs in the area have mentioned that they plan to find other employment because not only will the company not listen to the customers here, but they also will not listen to the technicians that tell them there is a problem here.

Hi, @user_836713. Thank you for reaching out to let us know about your recent experience with Bally Sports and Bally Sports SE. I can confirm we don't have any known issue with Bally Sports, and you should have no problem getting their content. I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble. Do you see this issue with both the SD and HD channels? Did things clear up after the games ended, or is the issue still present? Lastly, can I have more details about the service issues you've been experience as well?

It is constant in Tallahassee, FL. - Only the Bally Sports channels (402 and 403) out of all the channels have issues. It digitizes and get the colored bars. This has been an issue since Bally got those channels - and without a doubt, Comcast has to know it.

"I pay for the full sports package, but these are just the regional networks that we have always gotten." What do you expect to be on what I assume is the Sports & Entertainment Package? You're not going to get, say, Fox Sports Bay Area if you don't live anywhere near northern California, and even if you did get it, the Giants (baseball) and Warriors (NBA) games would have to be blacked out where you live - and Comcast has no say in the matter. Back when I had AT&T U-Verse, that included all of the regional sports channels, nationwide, but outside of the two San Francisco area channels (and even then, Sacramento Kings games couldn't be shown), all of the NBA, NHL, and baseball games on them had to be blacked out.
Something does sound wrong, however; it depends on where you live, but I don't think that two different baseball teams, on two different sports channels that you get, should have been blacked out.

Comcast is just a joke.... I pay for the Sports package, it includes Bally Sports regional, I live in the Southwest region, yet when games are televised it shows them on in the guide, but there is some rerun of some unrelated something or some random who knows what... no games. Comcast... hilarious.

Why aren't the Dallas Mavericks being showed on none of the Bally Sports channels. It has their games on the guide, but when you go to one of the Bally Sports channels, it is showing another program. Can anyone tell me why?..

We also pay a lot of money for our services and we have to watch Pelicans on non HD channel!! All blurry. Time to start looking at other options because you cannot get or speak to a real person to complain
