What happened to FETV in Charlottesville?

I was watching yesterday and today it says I need a subscription to watch. This makes no sense.

Same in Chester WV. This is ridiculous how they keep taking channels that especially older people watch.

I watch FETV all the time.    My TV suddenly said my equipment couldn't handle it.   So, I used the app on my phone -and watched it.   Then today I went to the app and now it says I need a subscription.      Disappointed!.    Today my TV still says "This equipment is not able to deliver this program" when I try it.   (here the channel was 1096,  but now it is 1095)     What is going on?   Please bring it back - I think you charge too much already [Edited: Soliciting] and now it wants us to subscribe.

Thank you for reaching out to us @dcha55! The channel was moved from a Standard Definition (SD) channel to a High Definition (HD) channel. During this transition, some customers with HD-compatible equipment may have received a temporary error code/message.

The transition should be finished now, households with the necessary channel lineup and HD-compatible equipment should be able to resume watching FETV again. Are you still seeing the equipment is not able to deliver this program error?
