What happened to FETV in Charlottesville?

Same in Chester WV. This is ridiculous how they keep taking channels that especially older people watch.

I watch FETV all the time.    My TV suddenly said my equipment couldn't handle it.   So, I used the app on my phone -and watched it.   Then today I went to the app and now it says I need a subscription.      Disappointed!.    Today my TV still says "This equipment is not able to deliver this program" when I try it.   (here the channel was 1096,  but now it is 1095)     What is going on?   Please bring it back - I think you charge too much already  (do ,others seeing this agree?)  and now it wants us to subscribe.
