What do i do if i get a status code 800 on my screen?

My picture goes out and then I get a status code 800 on my screen. Then in a few minutes the tv show comes back on. What do I do?  Really aggravating.

Hi user_531cbb, it sounds like you have a signal issue. Have you tried rebooting the cable box to refresh the signal? If not please do so now by unplugging the equipment for 20-30 seconds and then reconnect it. If you continue to see this error please reach back out to us here.
