Weather Channel issue

Is anyone else having issues with channel 815?  It is very choppy and I just got a new cable box.

33fleetwoodplace Have you used the Xfinity app at this time to do some basic troubleshooting to see if it can help? Since it started has the HDMI cable been replaced to see if that helps?
