Volume on HBO Max

Anyone have issue with volume?  Everything is fine then I switch to HBO Max and volume is so low especially speaking.  Doesn’t matter what show.

I understand it's happening regardless of the show, is this across all devices as well? What device are you using that is having this sound issue and is it isolated?

Thank you for the update and for letting us know this issue is isolated to the one TV. Here are some things to try:

 

- Update the HBO Max app. To do this, open the app store on your device and search for HBO Max. If there's an app update available, choose update or download. 


- Restart your device. Unplug your streaming media player (e.g. Apple TV), wait a minute, and plug it back in again.


- Disconnect and reconnect both ends of your HDMI cable.


- Try reversing the ends of your HDMI/optical cable or using a different cable.


- Try using another HDMI port on your TV.

 

If you're still experiencing audio issues, try switching the audio setting on your device to stereo sound. Please let us know if this helps!
