Video/audio out of sync for ALL recorded programs

When watching any recorded program the audio and video go out of sync.  It happens on ALL  programs we have recorded. None of the suggested fixes seem to work. ??

Thank you for posting on our community forums, user_1v9kf5. If the audio and video are out of sync on all recorded programs, it may be related to the TV box, audio settings, or the connection between the box and your TV. Could you please try the following steps and let us know the results?

Restart the TV box by unplugging it from power for about 60 seconds, then plugging it back in.

Restart the TV as well by unplugging it for a minute before reconnecting it.

If you're using a soundbar, AV receiver, or home theater system, try connecting the TV box directly to the TV and test a recording again. This helps determine if an audio processing delay is being introduced by another device.

Check the TV box audio settings and try changing the audio output from Surround/Dolby Digital to Stereo (or vice versa) to see if the behavior changes.

If possible, try a different HDMI port on the TV and ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected on both ends.

Test a recording on multiple TVs (if available) and let us know whether the issue occurs on all of them or only one.

A couple of additional questions:

Does the audio sync issue happen immediately when playing a recording, or does it gradually become worse over time?

Are live TV and On Demand content playing normally, or is the issue limited to recordings only?

Once we have those results, we'll be able to narrow down whether this is a box-related issue, a TV/audio setting issue, or something affecting the recordings themselves.
