Value decreasing
I watch very few channels on my plan as I am not interested in sports nor do I speak Spanish. Now, of the few channels I watch, xfinity drops on indicating they can't negotiate a cost they deem acceptable. So my value decreases substantially but my bill remains unchanged. How do I receive the value for the agregious monthly payment?
