USA Network video skipping and audio cutting out

Video has been happening for a while, audio started about a week ago.  Tried on two different tvs, same problem.  I noticed it first on Law and Order SVU months ago with skipping video.

Considering going to Dish or Direct.  I've seen a lot of comments similar to mine and Xfinity doesn't seem to understand the problem.  I haven't tried to contact Xfinity support since I know the hours-long investment and pain and suffering that takes.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
