upgraded from 120+ to 200+ channels but have not received new boxes

Upgraded TV service from 120+ to 200+ channels but can't access those extra channels.  When I made the change there was note that we would need to replace two tv boxes but no new boxes have been delivered.  It's been about 10 days since that order.

all x1 set top boxes can receive any of the channel packages. If you have X1 set top boxes you should have all your channels. using a smart phone/tablet, use the Xfinity my account app, TV tab, and select the link to show channel lineup. verify you have access to all the channels shown for your subscription.

I think I must not have the right boxes.  Still can't access the channels that are supposed to be with the upgraded subscription
