Unable to tune into channel 1254 with Cablecard device
I have a few channels, more specifically channel 1254, that I am trying to view. My tuners don't like it. I don't get a program number or PIDs when I view the channel with my tuner interface.
Is this channel an SDV channel? Is there an adapter that Comcast can send at no charge. I already pay an arm and I leg for internet and cable TV and honestly the only reason that I stay with Comcast is because I need the monopolized QAM cable signal.
Any help would be appreciated.

@unixfreak Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. As a friendly reminder we started moving away from cable cards as of October 24th 2025. We can troubleshoot but can not add new card or send out replacement cards. We are directing our customers to rent one of our cable card boxes or use a different compatible device via our Xfinity Stream App. I have a link with the compatibles devices you can use such as a Smart TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku and more. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-app-faqs
I would like to get start with troubleshooting with you.
When did all of this start?
Do you have more than one cable card with this issue?
What happens when you tune to channel 1254? Is there an error code or error message shown?
