unable to see channels I have.
I'm unable to see the specifics of my channel package online. It keeps redirecting me to contact xfinity instead. Why am I unable to add or remove channels or packages online without assistance?

I am having the same issue on my new box. even had a techcome here take the box I had and set up a new one, but stillhaving the same problems. 4/1/2020-may to date 2020.
