unable to get free over the air channels
I have an Xfinity internet package which should come with free over-the-air TV. However, I have been unable to get live over-the-air (free) TV channels- CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, PBS, etc. The same 12-13 channels available free. I tried to contact Xfinity for help but got no help from the autodialler or from the XFINITY chat. What do I need to get my free over the air channels?

Hello, @user_6531e5. Thanks for reaching out with your question. Our internet-only plans do not include cable or over-the-air channels. You would need to subscribe to Basic or Choice cable to get the over-the-air channels. I have a digital antenna at my house that I had to purchase at a store (I got mine on Amazon) and get the over-the-air stations since I don't have cable. I get about 47 channels in total with it. Did you want to look at the cost to add the channel lineup to your plan?
