Unable to activate Peacock
I am supposed to have Peacock Premium included with my plan. It says it in the plan info, it says it in the streaming subscriptions store page, but under my subscriptions there is nothing. The page which everything says I should find an activate button does not have one.
I have searched online for a solution. I have used the terrible ai on the website to try to gind a solution. I called customer support and fought through the terrible ai phone answering system to get to an actual human being to try to find a solution by going step by step through every single little bit. That customer service rep submitted a support ticket to try to find a solution. The ticket was closed with no action taken, saying no action required. I still do not have access to what was advertised to me.
Do I have to keep calling customer support? Do I have to physically go into an xfinity store to try to get an employee to figure out the problem? Do I have to contact someone about the fact that something was advertised to me as an incentive for a package and that incentive is NOT being given to me as promised? Will this post do any good?

If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription before activating Peacock.
