Ultimate tv package, not getting all channels
I subscribed to the Ultimate Tv package on 3/9. I am able to get some channels (ie Sundance, Disney Jr, Magnolia) but several other channels (ie NESN, Paramount, NBC Sports Boston) do not work. I get an error message stating the update may still be in progress. I have done three system refreshes, restarted/unplugged my cable boxes several times to no avail. I have had two communication attempts with Comcast personnel, one via text where I was told something along the lines that my order is in process “for one day only”…. whatever that means. A later attempt for help via the online assistant chat led me to believe that it can take up to 48 hours for all channels to appear….still not getting all channels after 48 hours. Where do I go from here?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
