UDB Account Refresh

I am getting a "not included in your package" error when I have the channels in my package.  This happens when I try to authenticate via the third app.  This happened before, and was resolved by doing a UDB Account refresh. 

Is there anyone here that can do a UDB Account refresh?  Can a moderator reach out to me via PM to do a UDB account refresh.  Thank you very much!
