TWC is showing incorrect cities
A few days ago TWC wasn't working. The channel only displayed color bars. When TWC came back on it no longer showed my local weather. It showed other cities in New Jersey

Hi there, @user_8f7877. Thanks for reaching out about TWC. I am sure that is not very helpful when it is not covering your city! Let's get to the bottom of this! Have you tried a system refresh signal? That will usually fix this type of issue. You can say "system refresh" to the voice remote, find it using the "A" button, or by using My Account.

I'm having the same issue when my xfinity homepage comes up on my laptop.
