"No Signal" is generated by the TV set. Either the HDMI cable is not connected, or the TV's input is not set to the Input the cable box is connected to, or the box is not operating due to no power or because it has failed. If the box was still operating and connected to the correct input on the TV it would display something, even if it was no longer receiving a signal from Comcast/Xfinity. It would not report "No Signal". Check the TV input settings and the box power.
