TV Land no longer available

One of our favorite channels that we watch everyday is gone. Why? I can’t get ahold of a human at Xfinity. The chat robot said it would have someone call me but no one called me. Just want it back or an explanation.

Did you try doing a search on your remote to see if it was moved?

@Again​  I had them reset my  tv screen and got it back.
