TV keeps freezing

My TV freezes for a few seconds a dozen or more times a day.  Of course, the chatbot keeps telling me to check the cable & restart the box.  Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t.  I refuse to do this multiple times a day.  What’s the next step?

I can definitely see how frustrating it would be to have to continuously restart your cable box to keep it from freezing. That is definitely not the experience we want or expect you to have. I appreciate your attempts to troubleshoot the issue on your end and would like to take a closer look on my end. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
