TV Guide/Recordings Wrong

NBC Switched Wheel of fortune and Jeopardy in their time slots and yet YOU HAVE NOT fixed the guide which means instead of recording Jeopardy when it is actually now on, Our cable recorder box still thinks Jeopardy is on at 7 instead of 7:30. FIX THIS NOW!!!!

Honestly, this sounds like a one off glitch that should resolve itself, but just to be certain lets try some troubleshooting steps. To ensure I don't ask you to repeat things you've already tried, have you already taken some steps of your own to try and resolve the issue? For instance resetting the digital box?

I called Xfinity on the same day I posted the above problem. They could not fix it so they escalated to a development team? or someone else in tech that was able to verify all the issues and then fix the guide. It did take until Wednesday's broadcasts for the guide to accurately reflect the local changes and now things are working properly. The gentleman I spoke with was actually in my state and well versed in the Pittsburgh area and was also a fan of Jeopardy. He didn't keep trying to reset my set-top box as he understood the problem was not just at my location but affected everyone in the Pittsburg viewing area.
