TV GO Channels Disappeared

October 3, 2024. Suddenly most TV Go channels disappear. What happened?

What happened to TV Go? No answers so far. Iv'e been searching all day for an answer and can't even find a telephone nuber to call.

Yes what has happened to my channels? I do not want to upgrade for something I already. Please return our channels and not make us up grade again

@user_o0il9n Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand the frustration if you are receiving an error for a channel you are subscribed to. If you are still experiencing this error please try the following steps:

 

Press the A button on your remote control to access the Help menu.
Press the OK button to select the Restart tile.
Press the OK button again to select Restart.
It may take a few moments for the TV Box to restart.

If you use the Xfinity Stream App to view your TV content, please log out, uninstall the Xfinity Stream App, and then reinstall the app. You will be prompted to log back in. If the app is still not working for you after doing that, please let us know.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_zfh97w! There has been a known issue impacting the stream app. This TV GO issue might be linked, so I’d like to send some account refresh signals.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
