TV displays blue screen w/ Pace logo stating "There is no software to execute". Cycled power on cable box - no change. Do i need to replace the cable box?

Greetings, @user_ci2ya5! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your cable box, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

It sounds like the software on your cable box is not booting up. If you were unable to correct things by power-cycling the box, then it may just need to be replaced. You can bring it in to any Xfinity Store and swap it out for a new one, or we can send you a replacement for free. Please let me know what would be most convenient.
