Tv channels not working. Issues with cable box. Not able to reach tech support, or utilize the chat box support, and the wifi is slow.

None of our channels are working, and we're not able to do a support chat, and none of the customer service phone numbers are working. I'm very annoyed after a hard day of work; we cannot come home to watch our TV, nor be able to reach anyone at Xfinity customer service.
