TV Channels Missing

I made some changes to my Xfinity TV account and added the "More Sports" package.  I am missing channels, particularly the BIG TEN network, which is clearly outlined on what the package contains.

All, and I cannot stress this enough, ALL help from the abysmally inefficient and pathetically inept Xfinity AI assistant is more useless than wet toilet paper.  There is NO tech support or customer service phone number except for insulting and patronizing chats on the same AI window with people who have no clue how to read or do anything unless it is on a script written in crayon by three-year-olds.  Moreover, I do not have the time to truck to an Xfinity store and wait 2-3 hours to talk to someone who has less than a clue about the job he was hired to perform.  And I can say this because, as a former Business Class employee, I can attest to the significant training that was undertaken.  So, I say this:  GET and DO better.

All I want is for the channels for which I am paying (too much, I might add) to appear where they belong.  The channels are 855 / 1313 and they are summarily skipped over on both guides on both TVs / boxes as well as the streaming app on all devices.  They simply do not exist.  I have deleted and reinstalled apps, refreshed boxes, done everything humanly imaginable, so we can dispense with the patronizing first steps outlined on your "script."

I want a phone number to talk to a HUMAN BEING - one preferably NOT in the Philippines or some other random location, one familiar with these technical issues, have a ticket opened and this issue resolved, immediately, if not SOONER.

Hello @jmcculloughiii. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I understand how frustrating it is when your channels are not working properly. I would love to take a look at your account and get this resolved for you.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
