Trying to upgrade TV package
I am trying to upgrade my TV package to the Ultimate package. I tried to do it online and went through all the steps and it looked like everything worked fine but it has been almost 24 hours and I am still not getting the channels in the new package. When I went back to my account online it still says I have the Popular TV package, it's as if I hadn't made any changes to my account.
I was hoping to get the new channels today so I can watch a basketball game tonight.
