Trying to upgrade TV package
I am trying to upgrade my TV package to the Ultimate package. I tried to do it online and went through all the steps and it looked like everything worked fine but it has been almost 24 hours and I am still not getting the channels in the new package. When I went back to my account online it still says I have the Popular TV package, it's as if I hadn't made any changes to my account.
I was hoping to get the new channels today so I can watch a basketball game tonight.

Hi there @jlfreeman1990 I'm sorry for our delay and your experience with trying to update your channel options online. I hope that you were able to get this sorted out! If not, I would love to help and make sure we have the channels you need available for the next game. In the future if you have a matter like this and need immediate help you can create a post within our customer service area, that way we will receive your request sooner.
