Trouble activating free peacock for platinum member

I am having trouble activating free peacock for being a platinum member. I had a paid account through peacock, which I dropped about a month ago. I decided to get the free one that I'm entitled to, but I can't activate it when I get transferred to the peacock site. I used the same email for the paid account as my xfinity  login. When I get transferred to peacock, to activate the free one, it just freezes up and doesn't recognize the email address. Please help

I think i finally got it straightened out. It took probably 2 hours,but I think I finally got it straightened out now.

It looks like I finally have it straightened it. It took probably 2 hours, but it looks like it is working. I hope the billing doesn't get [Edited: "Language"] and peacock charges me,since I previously had a paid account through them.
