Tried to activate free Peacock Premium

I’’ve got platinum rewards and I activated (or least I thought I did)the free Peacock Premium but when I checked on my tv it says I’m still paying for it and my subscription ends on 8/2/24…..will I be stuck paying for it?

If you have a current subscription, it has to end before the "free" Peacock can be enabled.

Then it’ll start on 8/3…….somehow I thought that when you activated the free version the paid one was then cancelled.
