Tiling/Pixilation Issue
Having tiling/pixilation issue started on Super Bowl Sunday, and still having problem. There is no specific channel that this is happening on. Called tech support several times, for them to troubleshoot and do a box reboot, which we already did on our own. Had technician come out changed out the box and modem said it was fine. A few hours after he left same issue. Called for another technician came out yesterday. Changed out all the cables inside and outside. Last night tiling/pixilation came back. It is so frustrating, Xfinity saying everything is fine on their end and it's not. We have new everything still an issue. UGH!!!!
