"This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service" on one device but not another
I am able to watch Fox Sports through Xfinity on my laptop or Roku but not on my phone. I'm not sure how that is given it's the same Xfinity account. I've seen this happen on other apps as well

Hi @joannaef. Thanks for reaching out! If you are using the Fox Sports app on your phone, you may want to delete the app, and reinstall. This should force a reauthentication to the Xfinity provider network.
