This is unacceptable
Just saying the problem has been resolved is not acceptable. Personally, I missed live basketball games that I can never see again. Xfinity should do better. The almost $250 I pay a month does not grow on trees and I expect you to keep your contract with me. I am disgusted by your actions is an understatement. I know this will happen again and I am looking for alternatives. These are the times we live in now. Mega companies can't seem to get enough and the consumers keep getting shafted. Sad. It's all about greed between Xfinity and Scribbs. Really sad.
