The Newsmax on 1115 channel picture freezes and no audio

The Newsmax on 1115 channel picture freezes and no audio for a couple of months. I used to have direct TV and when we had overcast days the channels would do this but not on Xfinity

I'm having the same issue when streaming on Xfinity channel 1115. Have there been any improvements?

Hello user_tq15s2. I'm sorry for the trouble we are seeing on the Xfinity Stream app with Newsmax. I know how lousy it is to try to watch a show with freezinf and buffering. We have shared the freezing reports with our repair team, and they are working with our engineers on the issue to find the correct solution. Unfortunately I don't have more details than that to share at this time, but I have seen some people report that after closing and reopening the app the freezing will clear. Another option is to use a different device than a roku as the freezing for the network seems to be isolated to roku devices.
Are you using a roku streaming stick or roku TV? If so, what model or device type?
