The Network is it available to stream on TV?

Hello-About a year ago a new streaming app The Network debuted. Recently I received an email from Xfinity regarding this network and a new program that was starting. I cannot find The Network when I search for the app on TV. I cannot locate how to watch The Network with Xfinity.

Is this app available and if yes, how do I search for it on TV?
