Test pattern on Weather Channel

I have been seeing a test pattern instead of programming on The Weather Channel all day, while all other channels are working without issue. Xfinity support on Twitter wants to charge me $100 for a truck roll to take a look for signal issues at my end? That doesn't make much sense to me when I'm paying to receive the channel, and I've never heard of any kind of signal issue that would generate a test pattern rather than just make the channel difficult or impossible to tune in to (no XRE error is occurring, etc). Can I get a second opinion please?

*Update* I just checked the Stream app as well, and the test pattern is present there - clearly not a signal issue at my end...

@commodore_dude if you are still having issues with the weather channel I would be more than happy to help take a look for you! Since you are not getting any external error codes for me to get an idea of what might be the cause I would need to take a look at your details from our end to be of better assistance.

If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Private Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

The one I can think of that might help if you have not already tried it is a system refresh. Check out this page here on how you can try that if you have not already. https://comca.st/3aGv2v4;

After a couple of days, the test pattern was (mostly) fixed - occasionally the test pattern still shows up when Local on the 8s is supposed to display, so I still believe there is an issue locally with the Weatherstar equipment.
