Tech support
Our service goes out several times per day. Some times the screen just starts repeatedly going blank. This will continue until it goes blank and does not come back on. Requiring a reboot. This is a regular thing for about the last 2 weeks. Im sick of it.
your app never acknowledges that our service is out. There it just happened. And there again. Again. Every day. We are trying to watch the news. It has no gone off and on about 8 time while im tying this.

And here i was thinking I was going to get to chat with a tech person. This is why my service will soon be cancelled after 35 yrs

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
