TBS, TNT, and CNN Pixilating

I am having a problem with TBS, TNT, and CNN pixilating for the past 2 days.  All other channels are fine. I know that these channels are all broadcast from Atlanta.  Is it possible that there is a problem with whomever is sending the signal to Comcast, or in Comcast's transmission of the signal to me?  I have checked all of my fittings and connections.  They are all good.  I have reset the cable boxes, and the Comcast reps have sent a signal from their end also.  They are sending a technician to me.  Based on past experience they will check the connections as I have.  Can a technician detect a problem on specific channels?  Basically I'm asking if the tech visit is a waste of time when the problem lies elsewhere.

I don't watch CNN, but I haven't noticed any problems in my area on TNT and TBS. I do watch these all the time.
