Nothing in my plan has changed.
This has been going on for weeks.
Restarted device.
Unacceptable.
Don't reply to this with questions, you've seen 1000's of complaints and it's time to address it.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Exactly - and when I go through Xfinity assistant chatbot I am stuck in a vicious circle because Xfinity can't locate my service address to provide the list of channels. Round and round and no answers. Nothing but problems with my $300+ a month service.
