Sundance TV channel 165

I had Sundance TV then about 4 to 5 months ago it went away. Now I live in FL but now at my folks house they don’t have the channel either. It shows in both our channel line ups. I have talked to the support people over a dozen times and they can’t give me a answer why I don’t get it. It’s past crazy these people can’t give me a answer.

Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page. 

Here are detailed steps to direct message us: 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the direct message icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message

Just had the tech out here did nothing said I should be getting it. Left so I still don’t have channel 165
