Subscribe to watch tv

My xfinity tv was working fine 10 minutes ago. Why is there a subscribe button instead of a watch button?

Hey there user_m2211sq18. I can certainly understand the concern, if it is showing a subscribe option instead of watch. I do have a couple questions to better assist. When are you getting this message? It is on the Xfinity App? It is on a cable box? Is it a specific channel?

To start, can you please let me know what channel(s) are impacted? Is one or multiple TV boxes impacted and are you able to enjoy content via the Xfinity Stream app or does it display the same subscribe button?
