While using the streaming app and selecting TBS, I get a notification that I am out of area for the programming. (Not sports, Big Bang Theory). I am at home when this happens.

However, you get a message stating you are out of the area for programming, which I'm sure is confusing. That said, we will do our best to help. The Xfinity Stream app is a great way to watch all the content you love while in and out of the home. I want to ensure that we get you back to enjoying the service just as you did before.
Thank you for letting us know and for all your patience so far. Could you let me know if it gives you an error code along with this message? Does it occur with all devices attempting to stream content from TBS? Does this happen for both live TV and on-demand content? Are any other channels giving you the same message?
