Still Can't activate Peacock Premium Offer

I have Xfinity Gig Speed Internet service and quality for the 2 year of free Peacock Premium service but have yet to be able to redeem this offer.  Whe I click on xfinity.com/assistant there is no prompt to activate this offer per the instructions. 

When I go into the peacock app, the only option I have is to pay the $5.99. 

What am I doing wrong? Can you please guide me?

    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
