Starz Channels for $8.99

Even though I'm against paying $8.99 for Starz since they took it away, I still want it. I looked on the Comcast site, and called, and nobody can tell me what channels I would get for the $8.99. Is it just on demand, or will I get Starz and all the Starz/Encore channels?
