Star to add channel to favorites streaming

Thanks Aaron for the quick response back. As suggested I went to the guide menu, selected  a channel, hit okay on it, went to  the bottom of screen and found three options; Watch. Record and Info, but no Favorite the option to select. 

I am still not able to set a favorite channel.

What device are you trying to favorite channels on? You should see a little star to the left of the channel name/icon under "All Channels" or "TV Go Channels".

Thanks for the quick response back. 

As asked, I am trying to select "favorite channels" using an Amazon Firestick. I can see them on my two tv's with xfinity boxes, but not on the ones that have  Amazon Firesticks.

Thanks for the update @user_4461ea! Would it be possible for you to post a picture of what you are seeing when trying to use your Firesticks?
