What happened to your Sports APP? You no longer give information on standings, box scores, team rosters, playoff brackets, etc...
Is this temporary or seasonal, or has it been eliminated?

sports app information is not up to date. The stats are wrong on games played by rockies
It shows Colorado Rockies as winning streak of 2 games and they have lost last 2 games. I can't seem to get stats for any baseball teams like before. Doesn't seem like any effort has been to update but rather this app has been downgraded.

I understand you've been trying to utilize the Sports Zone app, in an effort to access all the up-to-date stats, and a lot of this information is not showing up for you. I can totally imagine the frustration behind this, and I will be more than happy to help.

This Xfinity response is 3 months old yet the problem still persists. Since the problem is on all of my X1 devices, refreshing a single device does not help, so it appears to be systemic. When you say "attempt to refresh the application itself," what do you mean and how do I do this?
@crossword1203 The information provide on the X1 Sports Zone app is provided to Xfinity and not something that we can control.
